The ShadowDark Torch Gimmick IS Stupid

 

Over on the other blog, I wrote an article going in depth on why the ShallowGrift torch gimmick is not only stupid, but adds nothing to the game. I've heard it was, ahem, "lifted" from Five Toches Deep, so I'll be looking into that at some point.
