A Sundered World & Gravity Rush 2

I picked up Gravity Rush 2 during a very cheap sale on the PlayStation store. Figured our daughter would like it, but the gravity mechanic and camera ended up being a bit much for her, so I ended up having to help out quite a bit while she mostly back-seat directs.

It's a fun game, though the plot and characters are pretty basic, and there are some camera issues and throwing shit can be a pain because the objects like to smash on anything but your intended target. I'm thinking it's one of those things that you just have to get used to.

Issues aside a big thing I noticed right away is that it's a very good example to point someone to right before jumping into A Sundered World: you got flying ships, floating cities, and environments where everything is just chaotically floating and drifting about.

Really the only thing you gotta tell your players is that it's like that, except everyone can fly and walk on any surface, albeit slower and clumsier (though anyone can learn to fly way faster and be far more graceful thanks to the Astral Swimmer compendium class).

I think it's normally $20, but there's a free demo and you can just look up art or watch some YouTube videos if you don't have a PS4 (or want to shell out cash for a game you might not actually enjoy).

UPDATE: I remembered that I did at least one other post with some inspiring images from Castlevania: Lords of Shadow and the I think Zendikar Magic: the Gathering set.

Announcements
You can now get a physical copy of Dungeons & Delvers: Black Book in whatever format you want! We've also released the first big supplement for it, Appendix D, so pick that up if you want more of everything.

We've added the seventh issue of the Appendix D zine to Black Book (for free to boot). This one has aliens, robots, the nomad and spelllsword classes, spacecraft, energy weapons, and more!

Our latest Dungeon World class, The Apothecary, is now available. Next up is The Ranger.

Dwarven Vault is our sixth 10+ Treasures volume. If you're interested in thirty dwarven magic items (including an eye that lets you shoot lasers) and nearly a dozen new bits of dungeon gear, check it out!

Just released our second adventure for A Sundered World, The Golden Spiral. If a snail-themed dungeon crawl is your oddly-specific thing, check it out!

By fan demand, we've mashed all of our 10+ Treasure volumes into one big magic item book, making it cheaper and more convenient to buy in print (which you can now do).
