Homebrew: Frostblade Skeleton
Another monster from Songs of Erui. The concept is an undead eladrin swordmage with an emphasis on cold attacks. I'm sure I missed something on the stats...
NOTE: Green Embers pointed out a mistake: wintergrasp should be listed as a melee attack. I wanted to avoid making an Elite monster that just had another double attack, and figure that by giving it a very low-damage minor attack that it could get away with the ability to make four attacks per round if it burns all its actions on using frostblade assault and wintergrasp. I think I should change the damage to 3...
